Billy’s Boot Camps are a once-a-week, jumpstart-your-weekend, break-from-the-usual treat that take place every Friday at 6:00pm at Acadia Fitness. Boot Camps are one hour long and begin with a dynamic warm-up, always outdoors, through the streets of West Side Santa Cruz and in the outdoor space that is part of Acadia Fitness. Your favorite upbeat, current, and energy-generating songs will be playing the entire time as you power your way through TRX circuits, CrossFit drills, bodyweight exercises, indoor/outdoor weightlifting, body-sculpting, MMA striking and Power Yoga poses.
The locally-owned and operated private studio of Acadia Fitness is the perfect setting for an evening fitness class, offering indoor and outdoor space to simultaneously run multiple circuits and have a phenomenal Boot Camp with diverse circuits. The exercises vary from week to week and on a chosen Boot Camp, may be done for anywhere from 30 seconds to 3 minutes per round. You are in for a surprise every time you come to Billy’s Boot Camp- the only assurance that you have is that will be leaving EXHAUSTED and SORE! (But absolutely injury-free)
